- Demonstrable video shooting & editing ability with some strong portfolio
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D animation, and compositing
- Creative mind and storyteling skills
- Alwayls up to date with the video trends in the related industry
- A good team player
