- Havegood analytical and conceptual thinking
- Have good communication and interpersonal skill

- Responsible for creating associate development report
- Office related computer applications usage is required
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Having experience in consulting firm is an advantage

- Bachelor Degree in Psychology
- Min. GPA of 3.00
- Able to administered psychological test tools
- Experienced of having Behavioral Event Interview (BEI)
- Have good analytial and conceptual thinking
- Have good communication skill
- Must have the ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Willing to travel
