Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Research potential vendors
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and Pricing
Create Price comparison – Purchase Orders
Monitoring delivery of items
Monitoring the arrival of terms outside the standard
Coordinating the progress development of projects procurement
Review delivery schedules from vendors
Gather feedback and review weekly vendor schedule
Follow up on taking returned items from vendors
Recap the list of POs every month for closing period
Taking care of the administration of vendor invoices to the account payables
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis
Monitor stock levels and place-orders as needed
Candidates with background / experience in Stainless Steel, FMCG or food and beverage manufacturers are preferred
Good communication & negotiation skills

Syarat Pekerjaan

Male 25 s.d 35 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/ Food Technology / Chemical Engineering
Minimum of 3.0 GPA
2-4 years of experience in handling piping welding, electrical, stainless-steel equipment purchasing
Strong analytical skills and intetest in working with data
Microsoft Office & Computer Skill (Excel, Pivot Table, VLookUp, H.LookUp)
Familiar with digital system (Accurate)
Preferably domiciled in Bekasi and surrounding areas
