Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handling inventory control
- Handling confidential documents and information and maintain its discretion, both hard copy and soft copy
- Assist in the smooth implementation of leadership duties in carrying out company operational activities
- Maintain legal document database.
- Willing to obey all work form direct superiors ( Secretary )
- Preparing monthly/ anually budgeting
- Preparing daily reports on cash flow & payable
- Preparing company’s financial performance at all times
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Age 25-40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree, minimal S1
- Good communication in English
- High sense of responsibility & confidentiality
- Willing to learn attitude, good working ethics especially confidential documents
- Hard worker
- Have Strong knowledge in Finance, Budgeting, Accounting, & Tax Matter
- Ready to work from office (Jakarta Selatan)
