Sales engineers serve as the lifeblood of an organization, driving revenue generation and fostering sustainable growth. They are not merely a transactional function; instead, they embody the strategic alignment between market needs and organizational capabilities. A robust team cultivates relationships, enhances brand loyalty, and provides valuable insights into customer behavior, which inform product development and marketing strategies.
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Passionate male candidate with max. age of 30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (S1)
- Preferably have 2 years in industrial sales like welding / industrial products
- Able to speak & write in english
- The ability to work as part of a positive team
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Possess driving license (A/C)
- Able to build good relationship with customers, prepare quotation, handle negotiations & make weekly sales reports
