• Act as point of contact between CEO, Managing Director, clients, employees and other stakeholders
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage CEO’s and Managing Director’s calendar, set up meetings and accurately take minutes from meetings
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence, as well as opening, sorting and distributing incoming emails
• Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with the CEO or Managing Director
• Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
• Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed
• Making travel arrangements for the CEO and Managing Director
• Direct lead in social media, digital world and other websites
• Communicate with clients
• Prepare personal needs drink, breakfast and billing payment

• Professional level communications skills and fluent speaking and writing in English
• Work experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant or similar role
• Educational background from SECRETARIAL academy is preferred
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Ability to organize, prioritize and to manage different projects and companies
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
• Flexible; able to work on some weekends or when needed
• FRESHGRADUATE acceptable
