Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and develop alfarecords signed talents
- Create internal system, ensuring smooth and efficient alfa talents department operational
- Build and optimize networking with third parties in order to maximize any opportunities
About the role:
- Manage and develop alfa talents
- Create content for artists personal branding
- Ensure artists riders and requirement are being met by clients
- Ensure smooth and efficients alfa talent management operational, includes:
- Booking & scheduling
- Technical & hospitality riders
- Artists liaison
- Networking with third parties
- Negotiate with clients on artists behalf on fee and deliverables
- Manage paperwork necessary with both client and alfa talents team
- Ensure all deliverables are within scope of work
- Generate revenue by delivering the job to the clients
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Great interpersonal skills and analytical thingking
- Minimum 2 years experience in music industry, agency or related
- Undergraduate or equivalent
- Microsoft office
- Entrepreneurship
- Wide network
