We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with at least one year of experience in administration or management, tasked with overseeing social media, campaigns, KOL collaborations, and optimizing e-commerce campaigns

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute creative social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness
• Manage day-to-day activities across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement
• Plan and implement campaigns that align with marketing goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high ROI
• Handle e-commerce campaigns to drive sales and optimize customer acquisition
• Collaborate with KOLs and influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement
• Nurture and grow our brand community through meaningful interactions and initiatives

• Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in administration, management, or team leadership
• Proven experience (X years) in social media management, digital marketing, and e-commerce campaigns
• Strong creative and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Experience in managing collaborations with KOLs and influencers is a plus
• Passion for staying updated with social media trends and emerging platforms
