Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward online customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, web inquiry and email inquiry
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries
- Knowing our products thoroughly so that he/she can answer and help to answer questions from potential franchisees
- Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and queries
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Honest and good attitude
- Have at least 1 year experience in marketing
- Prosses an intermediate skill in customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Web Inquiry and email inquiry
- Able to work under pressure
- Achieve target on-time
