Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for the introduction of agencies, anchors and big R users
- Carry out user system management, in accordance with company requirements to promote user retention and value output
- Design corresponding maintenance plans and incentive mechanisms for different types of users to improve user retention and activity
- Responsible for collecting and organizing user feedbacks
- Responsible for replying and handling of user questions in time
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year of relevant work experiences
- Experience in the Internet industry, working experience in Chinese enterprises is preferred
- Clear logic, strong communication skills, hard-working, proactive, and strong sense of responsibility
- Prefer social app enthusiast, and heavy user in live streaming/voice chat app
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Proficiency in Mandarin will be big advantage!
