Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Execute the day-to-day activities for supporting production control system
Troubleshooting problems hardware, software, network
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, system, networks, printers, and scanner
Serve as the first point of contact forclients seeking technical assistance overthe phone or Gmail
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Able to coordinate with operational teams and users
Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
Follow up and update user status and informatior

Syarat Pekerjaan

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, computer science/information technology orequivalent
Have experience on IT Support/IT Helpdesk for min 2 years (fresh graduates welcome to apply)
Age between 20-30 years old
Having good communication skill
Having knowledge of it hardware, network/LAN, Internet, Server, Windows, office, including installation and troubleshooting
Have responsibilities on own work
Easily adapt to changing situation
Excellent interpersonal skills
Willing to be placed in South Jakarta and ready to join immediately
