Human Resources (HR)
Manage the recruitment process from candidate search to onboarding
Develop and implement employee training programs
Handle employee administration, including contracts and payroll
Update and maintain company policies in line with regulations
Create and drive employee engagement and wellness programs
Fluent in English
Archiving Specialist
Supervise and assign tasks to the archiving team
Ensure compliance with standard procedures (SOPs)
Review team performance and provide feedback regularly
Track KPIs and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
Address delays and issues in the archiving process
Manage user complaints and requests using a ticketing system
Suggest and implement improvements for the archiving team
Provide ongoing training and development for the team
Work with IT and other departments to fix technical issues
Maintain accurate records and generate reports on performance
Syarat Pekerjaan
Human Resources (HR)
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and government regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experienced in recruitment, employee training, and development
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (a plus)
Archiving Specialist
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Management, Business Administration, Library and Information Science, Archiving, or Records Management
At least 2 years of experience in archiving management, records management, similar roles (e.g., document storage, logistics)
Experience managing teams and overseeing daily operations
Strong knowledge of archiving processes, SOPs, and SLA management
Leadership and team management skills. Proficient in data management and reporting tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with ticketing Systoms and handling user requests
Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and electronic archiving tools
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
