Human Resource Supervisor:

• To handle recruitment, HR administration and the implementation of HR services for assigned areas of responsibility in a timely and efficient manner and to act as role model to demonstrate the understanding of the company Vision & Values, Service Promise & Leadership Competencies behavior.

Planning & Schedulling:

• Membuat schedule rencana kerja Project
• Membuat report progress project yang sedang berjalan (Daily/Weekly)
• Membuat rangkuman & analisa project yang sudah selesai
• Membantu control alat & tools project

Human Resource Supervisor:

• Bachelor Degree (S1), ( Preferably associated to Bachelor of Law, Human Resource and / or Psychology).
• To establish any Policies or Standard Operating Procedures in Human Resources area.
• Develop work system, procedure, and mechanism in HR Department.
• Develops and leads training and development initiatives to address current capabilities and future training needs, including on-the-job operational training, department special training, management development, new hire orientation and on boarding.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
• Industrial Relation : to find out the best win-win solution for any dispute or conflict matters between employee and company by referring to Indonesian Labor Law.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment and continuity in past positions.
• Willing to do business trip out of town.

Product Specialist Support:

• Pria, Berusia 20-25 tahun
• Pendidikan minimal yang diutamakan adalah Teknik Mesin. Teknik Material, Teknik Kimia atau Diploma/Sarjana Teknik Lainnya.
• Bersedia ditempatkan dimana saja (keluar kota Jakarta) untuk menjalani tugas lapangan selama project berlangsung hingga selesai.
• Berpengalaman dibidangnya atau fresh graduate is welcome; Fresh graduate > 6 bulan dipersilahkan
• Departemen: Technical Products, Posisl: Junior Enginerr Support, Level. Support/Helper
• Lokasi Penempatan : Tangerang-Jakarta
• Mampu berkomunikasi dan berkoordinasi dengan baik kepada departemen lain dan menjalin hubungan baik dengan principal
• Pengetahuan tentang pemeriksaan kualitas hasil oplik-isi coating (Visual, uji kelembapan ud,»ra dan dew point, W FT & D FT, uji Rougness, Uji soluble salt contaminant, uji kontaminasi debu, uji tarik, dll)

Planning & Schedulling:

• Pria. Usia 20-30 Th
• Tamatan D3/S1 Teknik
• Lancar mongoperasikan Ms Offico
• Bisa Mengoperasikan Ms Project
• Bisa mengendarai mobil (nilai tambah)
• Bersedia dinas ke luar kota lokasi Project
• Penempatan di kantor Jakarta

Technical Support:

• Pria, Usia 25 – 35 Th, Pendidikan Min SMA/SMK sederajat
• Pengalaman kerja pada aplikasi OLS (Online Leak Sealing) lebih diutamakan
• Penempatan kerja di Office Jakarta (Daan Mogot)
• Bersedia dinas luar kota ke seluruh wilayah area project Indonesia
• Dapat berkeja sama dengan teamwork dan dibawah tekanan serta target
• Familiar menangani pekerjaan kebocoran pipa dengan metode OLS atau metode lain
• Fasilitas, gaji pokok, uang makan, BPJS, insentif, dll

Business Development:

• Has experience BD role with at least 1-2 years within the BD environment in Indonesia
• Must have current/established contacts with the respective sectors in Indonesia
• Background Education Management, Mining, Terminal, Electrical, Petroleum and Petrochemicals
• Familiar with tenders
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the Clients in order to acquire business
• Good team player and always able to communicate and liaise with the rest of the engineers within the company to understand our services and product thoroughly
• Ability to read and understand contractual terms and conditions
• Progress of opportunities in relation to the Business Development process
• IT Skills like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is mandatory
• Fluent English and Indonesian speaking and writing skills are mandatory
