Deskripsi Pekerjaan

EDI Staff

  • Drafting PIB & PEB
  • Transfer (Submit) Pib/peb Data To The Customs System
  • Check The Accuracy Of Import Documents Such As B/l, Invoice, Packing List, Coo, Insurance, Etc
  • Having A Ppjk Certificate Will Be Preferred
  • Make Daily Reports

Syarat Pekerjaan

EDI Staff

  • Minimum Education S1 With Gpa 3.00, Majoring In Logistics Management / Transportation Management
  • Minimum 1 Year Experience
  • Familiar With Customs Documents Such As: Invoice, Packing List, Bl, Coo, Insurance, Etc
  • Preferred Those Who Are Experienced In The Export – Import
  • Logistics / Freight Forwarding Industry
  • Proficient In Ms. Office Especially Ms. Excel
  • Mastering English (Writing & Speaking)

Junior Finance Staff

  • Male or Female
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance
  • Have experience in Finance and Administration for at least 1-2 years
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in Accounting software is preferred and prioritized (Min. Excel)
  • Responsible, honest and thorough Can work in a team
  • Proficient in computer operations
  • Have good analytical skills
  • Have good communication skills.

Export Import Customer Service & Pricing

  • Male/female
  • Min education Diploma 3 or equivalent in all majors
  • Have good communication
  • Have experience min. 1 years in export/import (freight forwarding)
  • Understand in custom clearance process of export/import
  • Communicative, initiative, and accurate
  • Able to work as a team or individual
  • Able to operate Ms Office
  • Fluents in english
  • Able to work underpreasure and have flexible time
