Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify strategies to achieve growth sales targets
- Be responsible for designing and executing creative and effective promotional campaigns
- Manage and properly budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement programs and campaigns
- Track and report initiative progress, derive data-driven insights, identify improvement areas and roadblocks, and recommended next steps
- Supervise and mentor analysts in your team to encourage their development
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Bachelor degree in business management or reputable university
- 3 – 5 years of working experience in ecommerce, prefebly cosmetics, retail business
- Able to handle brands witdh strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
