Accounting Manager

As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations for our entire group of companies.

  • Manage the accounting teams across our subsidiary companies to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger for the entire organization
  • Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies to ensure financial compliance
  • Liaise with external auditors and provide support for annual audits
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the group
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting regulations and best practices

Bakery Manager

The Bakery Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our bakery, ensuring that our products are produced efficiently and meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in bakery operations, is familiar with how the production situation and processes are inside a bakery, and a passion for baking. This role requires overseeing a variety of functions including staff management, production, marketing, inventory control, financial performance, customer service, and compliance with health and safety standards.

  1. Baking & Production Oversight
  • Oversee the daily production of baked goods, ensuring that all products meet quality, taste, and presentation standards
  • Oversee the customer service quality from the sales representatives
  • Assist in developing new products and recipes, including seasonal offerings and customer requests
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients, adhering to food safety standards
  • Maintain consistency in the production process, from preparation to final product
  1. Inventory & Ordering Management
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, supplies, and finished goods, and place orders as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and manage inventory to minimize waste and ensure freshness
  • Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective pricing
  1. Financial Oversight
  • Manage the bakery’s budget, including labor costs, ingredient expenses, and operational overheads
  • Set product pricing to ensure profitability while maintaining competitive market rates
  • Track sales, monitor trends, and adjust production levels to meet customer demand
  1. Customer Service & Sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Create and execute strategies to drive sales, such as promotions, seasonal specials, or loyalty programs
  • Develop strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business by fostering a welcoming, friendly atmosphere
  1. Health & Safety Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with all local and federal health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation, food handling, and equipment maintenance
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the bakery, from the kitchen to the customer-facing spaces

  • Ensure that all bakery equipment is in good working order, schedule repairs, and oversee the maintenance of the bakery facility

  • Assist with creating marketing materials, special promotions, and social media campaigns to attract customers
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to build community relationships and grow the bakery’s brand

Production Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Bakery Production Assistant to support our kitchen team in the daily production of our delicious baked goods. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong desire to learn and grow in the bakery industry. This role involves assisting with food preparation, mixing, baking, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

  • Assist with the preparation of dough, batters, and other ingredients
  • Mix, shape, and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products
  • Ensure products are baked according to quality standards and customer specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards and hygiene regulations
  • Monitor inventory and assist with stock rotation to minimize waste
  • Assist with packaging and labelling of finished products

Syarat Pekerjaan

Accounting Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Fluent in English
  • CPA/CA certification required
  • 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Knowledge in:
  1. Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (SAK) Indonesia
  2. Tax regulations in Indonesia
  3. Accrual-based accounting principles
  4. Consolidated financial reporting
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient with accounting software and data analysis tools
  • Ability to effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders

Bakery Manager

  • Understanding in English language is preferred
  • Proven experience as a Bakery Manager, Head Baker, or in a similar supervisory role within a bakery or food service environment
  • Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, pastry production, and food safety standards
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Tech savvy
  • Basic proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office or similar tools

Production Assistant

  • Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen environment is preferred, but not required
