Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handling confidential documents and information and maintain its discretion, both hard copy and soft copy
- Searching, recommending, and booking of hotels, tickets and activities for business and leisure
- Assist in the smooth implementation of leadership duties in carrying out company operational activities
- Maintain legal document database
- Willing to obey all work form direct superiors (Secretary)
- Preparing monthly/ anually budgeting
- Preparing daily reports on cash flow & payable
- Preparing company’s financial performance at all times
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Female
- Age 25 – 40 years old
- Haing 2 – 3 experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, minimal S1 good communication in English
- High sense of responsibility & confidentiality
- Willing to learn attitude, good working ethics especially confidential documents
- Hard worker
- Have strong knowledge in finance, budgeting, accounting, & tax matter
- Ready to work from office (Jakarta Selatan)
